The only difference between the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Assembly part # 23-181 for right hand or part # 23-180 for left hand and the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Assembly part # 23-465 for right hand or part # 23-464 for left hand is the adjustment. The former are manual adjust brakes and the latter are self-adjust brakes.
